"Just a piece of CLOTH"

What's the latest issue in UK? yes! they tried to ban the niqab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!it's oh so sad!

Last saturday October 14, i went to a talk with a really interested issue about "Ban the Niqab(veil)" which is the top news around here! MP Jack Straw and other minister tried to ban the veil or niqab with a silly reason! As a muslim woman (even i'm not wearing the niqab), i feel so sad and angry with this issue but I'm sure i'm not the only one who feel sad and angry, all the muslim sisters out there feel the same with me!

I don't understand whats on their mind with these kafir, why cant they just leave muslim alone? why do they keep on bothering us? why do they always say muslim are terorist? well, who's the terorist?who killed thousands of muslim in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and other muslim countries? they are American and Britain whose teror the muslim!

Now they tried to ban niqab and next they'll try to ban hijab, jilbab, or beard on muslim brothers! I don't want this things happen, thats why we have to fight for this! As you know, niqab is just a piece of cloth which is not dangerous! why they scared with a piece of cloth? we don't have gun or knife or bomb behind that!

Just because of this issue our neighbours or people that we used to see on the street which is non muslim will think different about us now because they put this idea on their head! Muslim are terorist esp. the one who cover too much! that is wrong, what we are doing now is to obey Allah SWT. "O Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters, and the believing women that they should let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful." (TMQ Al-Ahzab 33:59)

A Muslim woman's veil was snatched from her by a man who shouted racist abuse at a bus stop in Liverpool! That was so horrible. If i were that woman, probably i would shout at that man!

Last Saturday, there was a seminar for muslim sisters with the same issue and Dr. Nazreen Nawaz, the women's media representative of Hizb-ut-Tahrir Britain Commented;

"Jack Straw stated that the ‘veil is a sign of difference’ but so is the hijab, the Jewish skullcap, the Sikh turban, and the Catholic Cross. Is he to ask the citizens of the UK to discard these? To blame community division on the veil is on part with blaming racism on the colour of someone's skin. These problems are caused by prejudice - prejudice fuelled by the demonisation of Muslim schools, mosques, Muslim students at University and now the Muslim woman's dress.""These remarks reflect the continuing story of this government in blaming the Muslim community for the fall-out of its own foreign policy and anti-terrorist laws. It is these that have created violence and instability, alienated the Muslim community in the UK and caused a climate of fear within the general society. This event will seek to create a responsible debate regarding the path to improved community relations."

The comment above are true, how about the other sign with other religion? what i think here, they just scared with the muslim bcoz we know the right things! And we are muslim should united to beat these kafir!
